Might not be the most cozy quote ever posted on this site, but hey, that's what I've got to share. And it was the most powerful thing I've ever seen about 12 step meetings.

Walon: Look, forgiveness from other folks is good, but ain't
nothin' but words comin' at you from outside. You want to kick this
shit, you got to forgive your own self. Love yourself some, brother. And
then drag your sorry ass to some meetings.

I need money. Thanks to my fellow avoiders for being here with me today as I attempt yet again to sit down and get some work accomplished and money earned. Thank you to my Higher Power for doing for me and through me what I cannot do.

Back in the office today, and also back on my normal workout schedule which was disrupted by work schedule and a minor injury.   EVERY MUSCLE IN MY BODY ACHES, but in a good way lol.  I have been to the gym, was on time-ish to work, and I've read email and I'm in the first conference call of the day now.   I'm feeling reasonably ambitious today, but I will check back if I get stuck.
