Please do not leave advice or feedback.  Thank you.  Prayers welcome.

Been totally procrastinating by reading marth stewart magazine cruising for recipes.  Not exactly a waste of my time, but I need to finish with vitamins and then I need to eat this artichoke that is just sitting there, doing nada.

*Brush teeth, floss, use listerine, periodonitc brush

*run 2 minutes and walk 2 minutes X 10

*swimming for thirty laps?  It seems like a lot having not swum in a while

Progress: First Check-In Sun. June 10, 2012

Hi, I'm new here and don't really know what to write, except I'll take it hour by hour which means I might be making lots of posts today. I have a tendency to overwhelm myself with all goals at once, so I'll just start by saying what I plan to do right now, ending at 3:30pm EST today:

1. Read my daily Bible devotional.

2. Do my daily portion of an online course for another addiction.

3. Do my Coda workbook, Step 1 Tradition page.
[Started, reading the text and answering 2 questions.]

4. Read through the literature I have for UA and start working on my timesheet and goals. *Use this to plan Monday's schedule.

5. Break at 2:30pm EST for a late lunch.

7. Attend PA online mtg at 3:30 EST.

8. After PA mtg, go for a 15-min. walk outside, then take my liquid supplement.

*walked extra 10 minutes

9. Do stretch & strength excercises, 15 min. each, then take my other liquid supplement. *did extra 15 min.

10. Do musical practice for 15 min.

14. Start dinner by 8pm.

15. Watch TV (must have a little fun)

16. Pray and connect with HP.

OBSERVATIONS: I am really proud of how much I got accomplished just by checking in here! I didn't leave enough time to do the following:

6. Do my nails at 3:00 EST. (or at least start them)

11. Dust, sweep and vacuum my place.

12. Do just one 15-min. block of activity towards my work.

13. Pick ONE job to apply to and then START setting up the cover letter and resume.

This was because I didn't start my day till after noon, so it wasn't realistic. I am learning how NOT to do EVERYTHING -- for example, I was expecting myself to do another phone meeting tonight, but no, I already attended the PA chatbox mtg today, and I'm already doing UA stuff tonight. Enough. Chill.  8-) ::cool::

Thanks!  And YAY to all my fellow procrastinators for being here with me  :D
