Step Three:
Made a decision
to turn our will and our lives
over to the care of
God as we understood God.

("God as we understand God" means that we can each think of any "power greater than oneself" that feels right.)
A personal thought: I know that when I make a decision to turn my will and my life over to the care of what I intrinsically know to be "The Wiser Course of Action" ... and then TAKE that action ... I am much happier.

@wrkinprogrss

I enjoyed reading your check-in post yesterday.

Just now, I read your newly updated edit of yesterday's post.

I appreciate your process of updating, and then the final looking back over the entire day, adding a comment onto the end of the day's post
to re-assess

(I've seen others do this, too.)

This is helpful to me.

@movingalong

Hey, if anything about my process is helpful to someone else, that's great! Thanks so much for letting me know! Laughing

I seem to do better about maintaining momentum if I have a quick and cheery way to see my own progress. Making a sum-up assessment of the previous day is an experiment in trying to view my process in a way that is even-handed and that notes stuff to work on without blowing it out of proportion. Tongue out
