P.A. Step Eleven:
Sought through prayer and meditation
to improve our conscious contact with
God, as we understood God,
praying only for knowledge of God's will for us
and the power to carry that out.

P.A. Recovery Tool #2:
Visualization:
Plan what to do, then imagine yourself doing it.
The more specific and vivid your visualization, the better.
See yourself doing the task, and doing it well.

(In my view, there seems to be a relationship between these two items.)

Journey 9 am

Ugh, bad start.   I got up early with the intention of going to the gym and using the tanning bed there also.   I had plenty of time but ended up wasting over an hour freaking out about unimportant stuff.   Of course it seemed important at the time.  Anyway, I did recover, went for a bike ride and I'm at my work-from-home desk at 9 am, so it's ok.   I probably missed my anti-craziness meds a few days last week also when I was so busy, so we'll blame it on the meds and move on.   I'm going now to change and get out of my wet shoes and then I'll make my todo list for today.

Embrace the suck!
