Overscheduled for yesterday, will try to keep to the basics today.

Study/self-improvement: 

  • LG - finish up last game, review/redo PT 36 G1
  • LR - LRB, PT 35, PT 36, PT 37, PT 38 
  • Workout - 30 min 

House: 

  • Clean carpet
  • Laundry - whites, steam
  • Basement - reorganize + TV
  • Assemble furniture
  • Move tubs to laundry room
  • Bills - pay

Setting alarm clock for 10:30am and waking up by then.  Got up at 10:30, but then slept on top of my bed until like 10:55am.  I need to get to sleep earlier tonight then 3:30am or therabouts.  But easier said than done, so I want to be gentle on myself.  Setting clock for 9:30am.

My goal tomorrow is to walk 2 min/ run 2 min X 10 + 2 min. Jog.  Then do either 1 min run/1 min run X 15 OR r2/w1X10.  Because my goal is to do  r2/w1X10.

I resolve to brush, floss and use listerine and use my periodontic brush tonight.  What helps me to do this is to make teeth brushing a priority, after my shower at night, just as much has hairbrushing, and to begin by brushing my teeth.

Things that need to happen weekly:

* chemical depillatory: armpits, bikini

* polish/shine black shoes

* attend an in person meeting for one of my twelve step programs.

Things that need to happen daily for me to feel comfortable at my job:

* B/t, floss, use listerine, use periodontic brush at night before sleep

* exercise at least 30 minutes

* wake up by 7am for work (it takes two hours from the time I wake up, if I eat breakfast, take vitamins and then brush my teeth)

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

1. Go to the 5:45 a.m. telephone ACA meeting

2. Go to the 7 a.m, telephone DA meeting

3. Go to the 8 a.m. telephone OA meeting

4. Go to the 9 a.m. telephone DA meeting

5. Go to the 9:45 a.m. telephone CLA activity line

6. Test blood sugar after fasting

7. Get my medicine ready for the next two weeks

8. Fix and eat breakfast

9. Wash and dry clothes

10. Put clothes away

11. Go to the 1 p.m. telephone CLA activity line

12. Eat lunch

13. Cut onion

14. Go to the 3:30 p.m. online PA meeting

15. Test blood sugar before dinner

16 Eat dinner

17. Go to the 7 p.m. online EA meeting

18. Go to the 8 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

19. Go to the 9:30 p.m. telephone CLA business meeting
