Tool Nine of PA:  Develop Routines:

To help structure your day and make a habit of things you always need to do, develop routines for what you do when you wake up, regular tasks of your workday, and what you need to do before going to bed.

Journey 1:45 & updates

Here's the list I made yesterday and it's still valid

  1. grocery list - just get what is needed for the weekend
  2. pick up new glasses!  
  3. publix - groceries and pick up cake
  4. put away groceries
  5. make beef and turkey burger patties
  6. make homemade french fries, can reheat at the last minute
  7. other side dishes (?) haven't decided what lol
  8. make sure L is picking up Mom and find out if son & family are coming
  9. clean guest bathroom
  10. clean kitchen extra sparkly clean
  11. straighten and dust dining room
  12. vacuum bedroom if time - if not just shut the door haha
  13. make lots of sweet tea, ran out last time.
  14. hubby will do the dining room and living room floors (I hope)
  15. DD can straighten and dust living room even if it is her bday
Update 5:15 almost ready, floors only got swept but they look fine, having been mopped and waxed for mother's day.   I'm about to wipe down the guest bathroom and put the burgers on the grill, company is due at 6:30.   See ya later!

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

2. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

3. Go to the 8 a.m. telephone OA meeting

4. Scan computer

5. Go to the 9:45 a.m. telephone CLA activity line

6. Take shower

7. Get dressed

8. Prayer and meditation morning and evening

9. Test blood sugar after fasting

10. Fix breakfast

11. Go to the 11:30 a.m. telephone DA meeting

12. Go to the religious meeting at 1 p.m.

13. Warm up and eat lunch

14. Wash dishes

15. Empty a couple of totes

16. Declutter 500 e-mail

17. Test blood sugar before dinner

18. Eat dinner

19. Go to the 7:30 p.m. face to face NA meeting

20. Get tomorrow's forum ready

21. Go to the 10 p.m. online EA meeting

22. Go to the 11 p.m. telephone ACA meeting

23. Do numbers 

24. Inject insullin
