HAPPY SATURDAY, EVERYBODY!

Tool Six of PA:

 Use Small Blocks of Time: Procrastinators often have trouble doing tasks in incremental steps, and wait for big blocks of time that never come. When you have small blocks of time, use them to work on the task at hand.

Write a tool to help project and flatten images more quickly

Feeling much better this morning. Need to be careful with foods today.

Busy weekend - reorganizing 2 rooms of the house.

Household:   

  • Vaccum - laundry room, upper level + living room
  • 2 1 loads of laundry - wash; 4 3 loads - fold/steam
  • Dust/sanitize door knobs, swtichboard plates, handles, etc.
  • Dishes/trash/mail
  • RA, Target - workout clothes!!!

Study/Self-improvement: 

  • CS 101 - 2 lectures/2 quizes
  • LG - 8 games
  • Research - work 2 hours on database
  • Read - Kindle 
  • Workout ( 30 min 15 min done) - sit-ups, kickboxing; did cycling instead (need more energy) - 3 miles

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

Things I will do today

1. Go to the 5:45 a.m. telephone ACA meeting

2. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

3. Go to the 8 a.m. telephone OA meeting

4. Go to the 9:45 a.m. telephone CLA activity line

5. Test blood sugar

6. Eat breakfast

7. Scan computer

8. Empty three totes

9. Clear tables

10. Take shower

11. Get dressed

12. Wash dishes

13. Go to the 1 p.m. telephone CLA activity line

14. Eat lunch

15. Wash and dry clothes

16. Test blood sugar before dinner

17. Eat dinner

18. Wipe and straighten out the refrigerator

19. Wipe the inside of the stove

20. Go to the 7:30 p.m. face to face NA meeting

21. Get tomorrow's forum ready

22. Go to the 10 p.m. online EA meeting

23. Go to the 11 p.m. telephone ACA meeting
