5. Get my medicine ready for the next week

6. Test blood sugar after fasting

7. Fix and eat breakfast

8. Read part of the AA Big Book

9. Read part of the AA 12&12

10. Take shower

11. Get dressed

12. Work on my NA Step

13. Go to the 1 p.m. telephone CLA activity line

14. Eat lunch

15. Go to the 3:30 p.m. online PA meeting

16. Test blood sugar two hours after lunch

17. Eat dinner

18. Clear table

19. Do numbers

20. Wash dishes
