use Balancerput garbage out & to Strefrain from reading or audio listening after 22:00
take bedtime Rxbe in bed with lights out by 22:30 (to prepare leisurely before Mon 8am meeting)

experiment with SWB instance
create mindmap of high-level S/CC doc concerns
clean bathroom sink
experiment with triage mindset for paper clutter and/or personal email
set up a longer-term progress-tracking post on P.A.
