TODAY, I will:

shower
 make kitchen progress (if needed, use tapping technique first)
make shopping lists (incl cdnc, bread)

go to farmer's market
eat something
consider whether to attend today's online P.A. meeting (needed time for other things)

participate in Qi Gong class
do grocery shopping

consider researching/trying some anti-depression techniques
 use Balancer
 put garbage out & to St

refrain from reading or audio listening after 22:00
 take bedtime Rx
be in bed with lights out by 22:30 (to prepare leisurely before Mon 8am meeting)

Some other possibilities worth considering:

schedule D/D/M meeting for middle of next week
experiment with SWB instance
create mindmap of high-level S/CC doc concerns

clean bathroom sink
experiment with triage mindset for paper clutter and/or personal email
set up a longer-term progress-tracking post on P.A.

prioritize job work items & set up pie charts
consider what's next act needed re RUP2 details

check whether any What's New follow-up has been requested
check in any changes I make

For those in the United States, have some silence for the people who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks. 

This is the 10-year anniversary of 9/11.

While I am home, I will light a candle for the people who lost their lives.
