Hi, All. As I'm posting this, it's late afternoon for me. I have done some positive things and have time to do more before the day is done.

Done so far, today:

Got a good amount of sleep
Did some journaling re ways I might address recent depressed feelings
Found and reread my old notes on techniques for addressing depression

Put notes re addressing depression into my cell phone memos
Participated in P.A. online chatbox meeting and post-meeting chat
Got a copy of Agnostics and Atheists version of 12 Steps from another site

Adapted Agnosticts and Atheists version of 12 Steps for personal experimentation
Created an adapted version of the Serenity Prayer for personal experimentation
Put adapted versions of 12 Step and Serenity Prayer in my cell phone memos

Put P.A. Tools descriptions in my cell phone memos
Found two books to consult re more possibilities for addressing depression
For enjoyment, made a photo-blog post and replied to a couple of comments

Fixed belated but healthy breakfast while listening to a bit of Stuff audiobook
Read and deleted a few items from my person email InBox
Got printer working again after mysterious failure to power up

Verified that the outlet that the printer was using still works
Did preliminary research re possibility of forum participation at GTD website
Renewed a library book that was due today online

OK, that's more than I realized! What else would be satisfying or particularly useful to accomplish before bedtime?

take nutritional supplements
shower and wash hair
change towel

make shopping list (include juice/fizz for Thursday)
make a drainer's worth of kitchen progress
put away warm load laundry

use Balancer
do at least 15min. Qi Gong
aim for 10:30ish bedtime (actual bedtime: about 12:15am)

Some other possibilities worth considering

experiment with triage mindset for paper clutter and/or personal email
set up a longer-term progress-tracking post on P.A.

prioritize job work items & set up pie charts
consider what's next act needed re RUP2 details

check whether any What's New follow-up has been requested
check in any changes I make
