Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
ok, so I have procrastnated the day away...it is now 12:38...why can't I get motivated? Because I don't know where to start...I should follow FLY lady's morning routine, but I hate getting dressed and then changing for work...I need to just get over that! OK, so I will:
check bank account
Shower/dress/tidy up room
put laundry in
take dog out/feed animals
clean kitchen and dining room
hmm...ok, let's see how far that takes me...I have to work at 4:30...
ready or not, here I go!

thanks for being here for me...ready or not here I go!!
Work is getting fractionally better, but my procrastination at home is getting to be a disaster. I've got piles of papers, letters and forms waiting to be completed, and I'm freaking out at the solicitor's letter asking for a decision about our claim against our neighbour's landlord.
I've also realised I'm resenting having to be responsible for everything at home because of my husband's deteriorating disability. I'm seriously considering going for counselling.
In the meantime it's raining so I can't go out, so I've promised myself I'll spend the afternoon in the study trying to at least bring some order to all my paperwork.
Chatbox here I come!

Ok, so i didn't do the really urgent stuff. But I made quite a space in the study so it's not going to be so off-putting when I restart tomorrow. Also cleaned the kithc ne so there's some space to do the cooking.
and then I actually did some cooking!
My heartfelt thanks to my fellow chatboxers especially EA.Emna, chickadee and Rosebud, who helped keep me on task as we all cleared up messy rooms, cleaned kitchens, etc etc.
