I didn't get here, yesterday. Today will be better.
As part of nourishing and rebuilding my personal integrity, I commit to:
Postponing any consumption of fiction until after 18:00 todayChecking personal email only as a reward for doing at least 30 minutes of job work (before 18:00)or zine work (after 18:00)Doing photography only after 18:00 today or as a reward for doing at least 30 minutes of job work. For the latter, I will set an audible timer for 15 minutes.TODAY, I will:
reseal C & L passwords into an envelope marked for new motivation experiment
check and post at SR
post this at PA
check balance mindmap (did initial check)
check what is due today for job (did some)
make good-faith effort to deliver any job items due today (did some)
continue making progress on rough-drafting doc changes for review, using micro-steps as needed, such as: (some progress)
cook riceshowereat healthy food, including fresh fruit and some form of vegetablesstart zinedo at least 15 minutes of Qi Gong exercisesuse the Balancer (1x brief)
be in bed w/o lights or audio by midnight
I PREFER to accomplish at least some of the following, too:
load dishwasher(substantially)make 20min of kitchen backlog progress
cook rhubarb
buy printer paper
think re &/or experiment w/ dance solo

My proactive to do list!
THanks for the word PROACTIVE...I was told once or twice the other day to be proactive...I think that menas doing things to help yourself before you get into a funk of sorts...Today, I am aware that I am afraid I will get into a funk of sorts becuase my daughter is leaving for college...I think I may have a hard time focusing on what I need to do...So, I wil start on my knees asking for my higher power's help and then I will be gentle with myself...just for today...so, what would a normal person need to do today???
To Do:
Wake up/Morning routine
Rest a bit
Living room, bathroom, bedroom, laundry
5 o'clock watch news and rest a bit
dinner
do something fun
ready or not, here I go!!

Lots of problems finishing the files - I need some letter which friend still has and I am finding it hard to think
