Monday August 15 2011

Hard to believe I'm starting this thread, at 8:30 a.m. central US time, but perhaps it's a good sign for the day. Welcome, all. Do it now!

Ughh..

Got bitten by insects and couldn't nap. Only really got done basic maintenance and submitted OSAP signature forms.

For the next three hours though, I'm going to focus only on programming. Nothing else matters.

wrkinprogrss: 08/15/11

Argh, Mondays. I had a reasonably pleasant weekend including some accomplishments but there's still so much left to do. Well, better to get going than not...

TODAY, I will:

check SR
post this at PA

check balance mindmap (in progress)

finish taking required course
check what else was due on 8/12 and do it
see if C of C replay is still available

follow up re wiki additions from 1:1
pursue answers to SVN Qs from 1:1 (good enough)
pursue answers to laptop Qs from 1:1

set up SVN directory for new version (made progress)
make progress with spec reading
start rough-drafting changes

run dishwasher
shower and eat

make 20min kitchen progress before hearing any spoken word audio
reply to J's email

do at least 15 minutes of Qi Gong exercises
use the Balancer
be in bed w/o lights or audio by midnight

I PREFER to accomplish at least some of the following, too:

eat oatmeal
cook rhubarb

buy printer paper
think re &/or experiment w/ dance solo
start zine

Best wishes for your day!

Ready or not here I go!

Sleeping in on a rainy Monday is a great way to procraastinate life! Not...Only end up feeling badly about it...so, now I will break my fast from progress and get on with it!

I'm frustrated with myself for my late start...I've ogtten on a ridiculously late schedule, which I really hate.

OK, going to pick out 10 hrs of tasks for today and then get going. If I work with focus I should be able to get done by 11pm, which will help me start shifting to an earlier schedule:
*Collect 1 (2 hrs)
*image (4 hrs)
*shop and cook (2 hrs)
*book donation (1 hr)
*Start checking error bars
*Re-start hybs (<1 hr)

Journey 9:30

Thanks for starting us out Scribbler!  Where is everyone this morning??

Got to work at 9:30, which is ok since I worked over the weekend and needed to sleep in a bit.   I've been to the gym, checked email, and now I'm making my todo list.

First thing is to check with the toastmasters prez and see if we have an agenda for today.

Jo
