Can't Sleep

I'm afraid I won't be able to sleep if I don't get some of this clutter out of my head.  Having anxiety about forgetting.  To do for tomorrow:

1. Comcast

2. Register for Classes?

3. Tennis sign ups?

4. Hiking meetup?

5. Dad's Medicare 

6. Etsy? SD card pics to work 

7. Play tickets 

8. Dismissal paperwork.  Project.

9. lexis/itt ???

Yesterday? So-so -- got a bit done, but also escaped into reading until much too late.

 

TODAY, I will:

check SR and post this at PA

shower and eat

reply to J's email

make shopping list
load & run dishwasher (made progress)
make 20min kitchen progress beforehearing any spoken word audio


attend Tai Chi / Qi Gong class
shop for groceries


use the Balancer


put away laundry from yesterday


put garbage out for a.m. collection
take bedtime Rx

be in bed w/o lights or audio by 23:30 (for full night's sleep before 8:00 a.m. Meeting)

I PREFER to accomplish at least some of the following, too:

eat oatmeal
buy printer paper
check balance mindmap

cook rhubarb
think &/or experiment w/ dance solo
start zine

finish taking required course
check what else was due 8/12; do
see if C of C replay is still available

follow up re wiki additions from 1:1
pursue answers to SVN Qs from 1:1
pursue answers to laptop Qs from 1:1

set up SVN directory for new version
make progress with spec reading
start rough-drafting changes

A bit of a late start (just got back from church/lunch/little relaxing), but now I need to work hard:
*Make sol'ns, start hyb (2.5 hrs) (made a stupid mistake on hybs and so have to do this again tomorrow, grr! need to brainstorm about how to reduce such careless mistakes in the future)
*check/cf (1 hr)
*Ask about furniture

*Call R. (30 min?) (wasn't home, left a message), email KA
*List books for sale (45 min)
*Email about error bars (1 hr) (not sure I'll get to this today, might need to come in early tomorrow to get this done)
*Hand laundry (30 min)

OK, will start by sticking sol'ns in autoclave, then I'll go check/cf, and then I'll call R and email KA

Woke after a bed night's sleep and not feeling good about myself and too late to go to church

Up prayer and reflection
Checked emails and posts
Washed up and tidied up the horrible mess in my kitchen
Spent a long time on the phone with a friend who is not very well and who now cannot come out with me to buy stuff today
Checked online for kit and made a decision something I am not good at doing

Rest and take it easy
