Think I have a problem with not enough money in an account to pay standing orders to rush out to pay in cash. Overall I have plenty of money but I did not think it was in the right account - taking this opportunity to remember why I am in DA
Home and some time spent sorting out all accounts so I am clear about what is where and also a todo list for money for abraod
Read and try to understand camera manual
Final sort out and pack medicines for going abroad - this at least is in very good time
Similarly washing kit and sun cream etc.
Find cheapest place for typhoid jab
Check complaints progress and need to follow up
Wash up and tidy up and put things away
Dealt with post

Todo:
Rest I am stressed and bothered
Cook some veges before they go off

Regards Rexroth

Rexroth Check Out

Done:
Veges cooked and in fridge and freezer
Rested still stressed and not sure what I am worried about
Took tent out of cupboard but don't feel like putting it up yet - I need to decided whether to take it or buy another - the tent smells delightfully of an English meadow where cows were kept
Took large rucksack out of cupboard, tried it on and it feels very comfortable
Noted that cupboard was reasonably clean and tidy and feel good about myself
Washed up and sorted stuff and thrown rubbish out
Occurs to me that I was putting off getting tent and rucksack out and testing them - I do have two months till off so I have plenty of time still
Phoned friend who says he will phone me back

Todo:
A little relaxation looking at the web
Prayer and reflection
Bed and sleep

Regards Rexroth

Journey 9:30

Still in training class but checking in quickly and catching up on your posts.   Hope everyone is having a good week.   It is a very busy one for me, the class is hard and I also have some must-do items for work this week so it makes for some long days, but still I am grateful that my company is willing to pay for training and give me the time to take it!

hope4meandu day 2

Thanks ((lennon)) for starting!! ((Scribbler)) sending prayers about $ - wishing you all good things.

It took 2 hours by subway & walking to get to this job, I hope they don't offer it to me, so I'm not responsible for saying no.

Glad to see that my thinking is changing re: $. We really don't have right now and, as usual, my mind went into all the food items we don't have & are running out of, then my mind switched to all the food items & stuff we have in abundance. Extremely grateful for this.

To do:
-job application
-clean GoldieSmurf's room
-clean bathroom
-find ride to Petworks

When return:
-workout
-resumes
-emails
-wash kitchen floor

Scribbler's Wednesday CI 7:26 am

Thanks for the starter, lennon.

Procrastination hasn't been a problem this week, at least not yet, because I've been out of the house all day Monday and Tuesday covering a trade show. I'll be doing the same today. It's a lot different from regular work, being part of a team, working away from my home office and having a full day of face-to-face interviews and other scheduled activities. I don't hate it either. It's good to get out of my routine, I think. More importantly, I hope to earn a good chunk of money. My cash position remains extremely precarious. Clients are being generally quite late with payments, and there's no sign my biggest creditor is going to pay up any time soon, although they have promised to do so this month. I'm trying to stay after them, in a polite and professional way, but it's not working too well. Meanwhile, of course, my bills are having no trouble finding me.

During my free time last evening I wrote an article, extending the work day to about 12 hours, not counting an hour or two spent going to a night-time reception. More hard work like that surely will eventually turn this financial mess around. I do hope so, because I don't see any other solution. Time to head off for the trade show...

I hope all are well. Thanks for being here. It seems to make a difference.
