quick question - Copying
I want to be able to copy my list and post it each day updated. However I can't seem to copy the list after highlighting it. Any suggestions? I'd hate to have to retype my list each time.
Copying and Pasting
I tried to copy and paste and it did not work for me either. Might you make the list on a master document and then copy from it onto the daily to do list for PA? Just a thought. Gl.

Strange - it works fine here. Which browser are you using? I'm using Firefox. I highlight what I want to copy and then use CTRL-C or the drop down menu to copy it, and then go to the reply window and paste it.
Which way are you trying?

Read book on,in part, procrastination

Phoned by other friend and we have a meeting next Tue and I booked the resterant online immediately after out call - that is good for me as I hate booking resterants and have in the past put it off until it was too late to get a table

Hi all. My life is fairly routine, with having to go to work every day, fix meals, etc.
My ability to remain "on-task" seems to vary for unknown reasons. Have enjoyed a
period of reasonable consistency until last night.
First goal is to regularly have 7-8 hours of sleep. Was able to go to bed on
time (acceptably for the past 10 days), until last night, and then stayed up late and
woke up very late. Actually, that is good, since the opposite is more likely. Was
playing online bridge. Had decided that computer activities and most TV watching 2
hours before bedtime was a no-no most nights -- it's too stimulating for me.
Will continue that goal and now want to add another goal: add an apple a day
to my diet. That means making sure that I have enough apples in the house to do
so and washing them and cutting them up. Often, I get this far and do not eat them.
I eat other stuff instead. This will start today.
Weekends are more difficult to manage, timewise. Today, my plan is:
Monthly spending plan
Work out values for common B's and make adjustments if necessary
Clean refrigerator
Grocery Shop
Make Soup

Show up (done) .Thanks for the starter Len. Have not had time for myself to do things in the house and it "feels" overwhelming. I know if I just start, I will feel better in a bit, so I plan to start with my room. Also have "work buddies" today. Thanks for being here.
