A little overscheduled yesterday, but I managed to get most of it in. Today I am starting very late due to sleeping shockingly late, but I will get as much done as I can. It's wise to schedule aggressively but realistically, I think. So:

MORNING

  •  Luxuriate in swinish slumber until noon

AFTERNOON

  • Checkins (30 minutes)
  • Add 10 custom pub names (1 hour)
  • CIO - 2 items (2 hours)
  • Safekey - 2 calls (30 minutes)
  • PT exercises (15 minutes)

EVENING

  • Install GFI (30 minutes)
  • Open mic (3 hours)
  • Bed by 11 p.m.

That may be an hour or two more than I realistically have available. Best to get cracking! Hope all are well and having a productive start to the week. Scribbler

Later ... I seriously overscheduled. Tomorrow I plan to start earlier and spend less time posting to check-ins and engaging in pointless online political arguments. I still have time to exercise and do my evening home repair before heading out to an open mic. Hope to make it.

The GFI install turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, and I'm feeling too overcome by allergies or cold or whatever it is to do the open mic, so I think I'll just do a couple of database entries, then relax for a while and then go to bed.

Maybe a good night's rest will help me perform better tomorrow.

Rexroth Check In

Woke very early feeling unwell as I had overeaten yesterday. I have had problems with this in the past but not for a long while.

Done:
Forgave myself and decided that I could not alter my behaviour of yesterday
Went back to sleep
Woke again prayer and reflection and got up
Put on washing machine
Checked emails
Researched some info I needed for admin on the web
Got out files on complaint against hospital and read in preparation for letter of complaint against IC
Phoned IC and they phoned back and we spoke about info from the hospital which I say the hospital had not provided*
Phoned and left message at advocacy service

Todo:
Write letter to IC asking for more information
Think what to do - I am uncertain
Tidy up a bit

* There are a few things I do not do at the time for good reasons i.e. I am not procrastinating and this was one of them. I was very angry with the letter I received from the IC and needed to calm down and check my facts before deciding on action.

Regards Rexroth
