-I really would like to set up a daily cleaning house chore list to do one small thing when I come home from work every day. I tend to feel like I deserve to slack off because of my job.

-go to OA & spom site.
-Maybe call the people that didn't hire me and find out why
-order groceries to be delivered or take car over to the store and back, raining something awful here.
-clean my girls' ears

Today is a day of recovery and some lite work to complete the first stage of a project. The priority is recovery though. The weather is agreeing with that it is raining and overcast and will be so all day.
I will flow with that energy. I don't really need to leave the house, I have plenty to do to prepare for tomorrow.

Need to finish packing. Leaving for Fla. at 4:30. Need to write time frames for how long each thing I need to do before I leave takes.

Rexroth, I empathise with you becasue I am also in 'a right state' with four, not one, things to do: backolg of post/email and preparation of books for my accountant. Sometimes I feel the tasks we postpone grow like aggressive cancers, fed by the procrastination habit, and destroy our lives poisoning minds and souls. I take heart from the quotation Edge has posted today and will start action now. I do hope you will succeed at your task.
Thank you Maria. I had not seen this post before responding to your post in the other thread. I have now finished and sent the email and am trembling, teeth chattering feel sick and am going to rest for a while. But the job is done and I am handing over the outcome.
Spent the better part of my day on LJ and youtube, but now that it's out of my system I'm going to focus on my assignment. Glad that I took my mid-day meds :) Was going to skip them like always :p
