Recycler CI 7:50pm EST

Hi Pro Buddies!

This morning I went to the gym, did ab exercises, & stretched. At work in the morning, I made sure I got the majority of new emails done. At lunch, after I ate, I went to a quiet area by myself; I needed to meditate & pray. In the afternoon, I worked on other projects -- there is one project that I think I have poised to finish in the morning so I can get First Drafts to the managers involved.

Tonight I am journaling, so I need to get back on it! lol

Have a great night, everyone! :)

No internet at home again so quick ci from phone til reallist later - spaeking oif which I must say amen to journeys renewed list making efforts as I have started letting things carry over a lot and worse I have avoided a list in fear of seeing just how much work I have this month. I will pray and face that today b/c not doing it is complete denial and insanity! Off to a new horse riding therapy starting for dd ten back for that list and work on rush job b4 2:30 appt. Thanks 4 starter mj I needed a wake up 2day! Praying a good day for all :)

update: DD did great with the horse! What a blessing for this opportunity!

Now, calling job2 now and waking up to reality and getting going on this list for June!

Journey 9 am . . .speaking of unrealistic expectations . . .

I'm still struggling with making a doable todo list each day.   I know I am more productive when I make a reasonable todo list with plenty of time built in for rest, relaxation, and the unexpected.  I did a 30-day trial earlier in the year to make a doable todo list and actually DO every item on the list . . .but I've fallen off of that wagon, and I've gotten back into the habit of carrying over items to the next day.

So, starting today, I'm once again starting each day with a clean slate, making my list and checking it twice, putting a time box around each item, and doing a sanity check and triage.  It takes longer to get the day started when I do all this rather than just scribbling down everything I'd like to get done, but after that work is done, it's easy:  just go down the checklist and do stuff in priority order.

So, here goes the todo list.   I can already check off gym, grocery store, breakfast.

Journey 10 am

To do is made, triaged, and sanity checked.  Why is it so hard to move things to another day when I KNOW I won't get the them today anyway?

Journey 6:15

Pretty good day!  Going to make dinner now.  I want to make dinner, do the dishes, and fold a load of clothes.  Also gotta get everything ready for the gym and work tomorrow.

Hope-Faith CI 8:15

The day is full of hope. The last day of school for students and it is only 1/2 of a day. Excited for my children. I am really looking forward to summer and have plans to accomplish major things and move huge mountains,  but first things first and that would be "work". Today I need to

  1. Complete grades
  2. Working on cleaning out e-mail (
  3. Working on organizing on-line test (15 min)
  4. Check List
  5. Mentor Logs

More to come..
