Hope Faith 11:10

"First I would like to say thanks for ideas that many of you posted on Thrusday to help me try to stay organized. I did end up creating a table in ms word to stay organized (since I could not use the chat box) that worked great until I closed it and I had not saved it. :(

I have finally officaly introduced myself and am ready to move on.

goals for the day

  • Set up project on special projects forum
  • Wash clothes and put away (all day job) On-going still going 3:50
  • Check back in at 12:30 12:15

From  "Getting out of the Ditch Project"

  • Order spirit beads and tattoos for homecoming
  • Make up homecoming ballets
  • E-mail Mrs. M about homeroom teachers by grade level
  • Time-line for pep rally
  • Continue to wash clothes 2 more loads left have to do on Sunday
  • Check back in 2 hours Iam late go figure, actually I had stop to take my daughter to my mom's and my son is at a friends house. I have the whole house to myself.

Well it is past my two hours how ever I have been working in chatbox, I have gotton alot accomplished however it is not enough yet.

  • Go out to school and get paper to grade I am going to try to pull a all nighter and get that done so I can go to school early in the am tomorrow and put grades in grade book. Probably not a smart thing to do since I have been sick with strep throat and I am recouperating. But my back is against the wall and my students need to know where they stand before they take mid terms on Thrusday and Frida.
  • Pick up daughter
  • Make supper My husband actually had supper done when I got home.
  • Fold and put away clothes - It will be a an act of God if I get the clothes put away usually they just lay in a pile all week and we pull them at as we need them. My goal this weekend will be to get them put away. Will help with the clutter and getting ready in the am.
  • Check back in about 7:30 ontime

kromer 10:25 CI

I had a nice relaxing morning, now I'm ready to settle down to work (I'm going to leave to have lunch with a friend at 12:10, going to work until then.

Tasks for the day are:
*Go over 5 probability lectures+accompanying recitations
*Take notes from yesterday's mtg w/ PF
*Compose draft email to PT
*Do 1 hr's work on PF's project.
*Finish cutting curtains+pressing seams
*Finish cutting pillow
*Tidy room
*Read bible

I'm going to start by cleaning up my room. Then I'll go over 2 probability lectures+1 recit.

Tidied room, went over 2 lects+3 recitations, and had a nice lunch with my friend.

Now I have a couple of high-anxiety tasks to get through...taking notes from yesterday's mtg w/ PF, composing draft email to PT, choosing an hours worth of tasks for PF's project.

I'm going to work through these in the chatbox. Then I'm going to do the hour's worth of work on PF's project. Then I'm going to head home. When I get home, I'm going to do some studying and watch for AG on skype.

Update 4:10--picking tasks for PF's project. In the next hour, I'm going to:
*Spend 30 min brainstorming PP ideas, making a plan for how I'm going to implement them
*Spend 30 min downloading ER dataset

I did the hour of work for PFs project, then cam home, talked to AG, had dinner, then wasted an hour watching part of a movie. Now I'm re-focusing and ready to do some more probability studying. I'm going to go through 2 probability lectures+1 recitation now. Back when that's done.

9:47am CI for Lark

Happy Saturday everyone. I'm sort of procrastinating work now, sitting here in the house, when I should be at work. My workshop lights are on and the door unlocked should anyone drop by, and I can slip in holding my coffee to give the impression I'm taking a coffee break (from what?).
Today:
(X)morning things
spiritual time
clear kitchen table pile some
clean workshop half an hour
do first section of work project A
do one section of B
fill bag with trash, clutter, etc.
check in later

Thanks for the nice banner Recycler-a cheery start!

Lots of things I want to do and get done today; I am going to try to stay busy and focussed and enjoy being productive on household and work-tasks, and like e, focus on what I get done instead of being overwhelmed by how much there is. (Sometimes I stay in bed far too long on weekends because I don't know where to start).

Anyway, one laundry load already done and hung out.

Hi Pro Buddies!

A possible rainy day here may mean that I do more handyman-type tasks, rather than painting walls on a day of high humidity. But that's ok. I haven't decided about the bike ride yet. I may poke my head out in a bit and see how my local environs looks ;)

This morning: bag up trash to take out, ***prepare box for mailing to international friend, so that I can take it to the post office by 1:30pm or earlier. Later decide about the bike ride (even a short one = ok, if not during a downpour of rain), then buy provisions. I hope to update my CI as the hours go along.

12:15pm. It has turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day here :) We had rain yesterday evening and during the night, but now the clouds have cleared off. Projects done: took a few more things to new condo. Bagged up trash & took out. Had a wonderful bike ride :) Bought provisions. Had found an item of ex-hubby, so put it on his porch (with advance notice). Plan A restaurant was closed for lunch, so got Plan B sandwiches. Next: I really have to make that package for international friend. However, I am tired. I am going to take a rest. Will I have time to box everything & have ready by 1:30, in time to get to post office by 2pm, before they close at 2:30? Well, I am going to rest first, and then see what happens after that ;)

5:15pm. ok, I didn't get the package mailed. I'll have to put the plan in lower, step-by-step gear. Tonight after I get back from my evening activity, I should get the package ready, and seal & address it. So this afternoon I napped, took a couple more items to the new condo, and took some items to donate to charity. I bought a can of paint and put faux finish on another room divider. Tomorrow it should be dry. Then I will have 3 finalist colors to compare for my new living room. Next: get ready to go to evening activity.

Have a great day, everyone! :)
