Online 12-Step Meeting in meetings chatbox

Meeting is held:

  • Sunday morning in Hawaii/Alaska
  • Sunday afternoon in the Americas
  • Late Sunday evening in Europe/Africa
  • Very early Monday morning in Asia/Australia/NZ

NOTE: We are remaining with GMT (UTC) standard time year-round. This means no adaptations to Daylight Savings on/off.

Reason: because we live all over the world, north and south, east and west, with everyone on different timezones, some with Daylight Savings, and some not. And those in Southern Hemisphere go forward an hour while those in Northern Hemisphere go back an hour -- and not even at the same time.

To those who have recently changed clocks: Please note meeting time remains on GMT -standard time ... so you'll need to offset.

Click on following link to get exact time/Timezone details and chatbox info:

This is a 12-Step meeting.

NOTE: The chatbox does not keep permanant record of meeting. (If by chance there are residual words left in scroll after meeting, we add lines of words so that the meeting scrolls out of view.)

Today my main task is to work on cell growth project.

In particular, I'm going to:
*Read 2 articles PT gave me
*Go to med. library, get set up for borrowing
*Read article on stem cell growth (read one out of 2 article)
*Spend 1.5 hr doing lit. search
*Work out math for cell death

Those are my MITs for the day. Other than that, I'm going to (if I don't get through all these it's OK):
*Go to church :)
*Go to flamenco show :)
*Talk with AG :)
*Make a list of test datasets
*Finish doc. Brg1 data
*Finish bg reading on NM
*Email NM

I need to leave for church soon, so I'm going to tidy my room, back lunch, get directions to med library, do food journal, buy flamenco ticket, leave. Back when I get to the med. library.

kromer 6:35 CI

Did some good work at the med library, went to church, talked to AG.

Most of my work is reading, but I feel like I've been reading all weekend. So here's what I'm going to do:
*Spend 25 min reading in the chatbox (start 1 of the articles PT gave me)
*Then I can go on to a non-reading task (not on my list, but at least it's some work and feels do-able): 1 genetics pset problem!
*Then, I'll  to to the Flamenco show 7:30-10 :), then go home and do a little more work.

Hi Pro Buddies!

I'm dosing up on the cold medicine again, here ;) The cold is still in a "mild" stage, but I need a booster of the Airborne & Zicam after sleeping all night.

This morning: take a few more things over to the new condo. Bike ride before going to social activity mid-morning. Buy remaining groceries for week after event. I hope to keep updating my CI throughout the day.

Have a great day, everyone! :)

Recycler

Thank you, gals & guys, for being here! :)

Hi Pro Buddies!

Doses of Airborne & Zicam are still helping. Took some more doll storage boxes over to condo, & a decorative shelving unit. Went on bike ride. Back just in time to go to morning activity. Afterward, bought lunch & groceries. Drove around to shop for a product; couldn't find, so will have to try somewhere else on another day. Started 2 loads of clothes to wash.

Next: can I overcome perfectionism to non-perfectly test paint 2 room dividers? I'll try to CI again later; maybe I'll have something to report?

1:45pm. Two room dividers now have a coat of base paint. Whew! OK, they have to dry until about 5:30pm, before I can put faux finish on them. So, I can veg for a while :) Still washing another load of clothes. I do have one more thing to take over to the condo, but might wait until tomorrow ;)

3:30pm. Took 1-2 feng shui items over to the condo for the bathrooms. Seeing how good it looked, gave me some move energy, so took a couple more things over. Gave tour to rental condo neighbor.

4:30pm. Cooked fish sticks + extras for work tomorrow. Put away clean dishes from dishwasher.

5:30pm. Did second coat of paint on room dividers. Now I can tell which color I like better ;) Took a couple more things over. Done for evening.

I still have a few things to do to get ready for work tomorrow, but the harder stuff is done for the day :)

Have a great night, everyone! :)
