Sunday 9 September 2007

Good Morning!  Happy Sunday!
(Can someone tell me how to insert pictures in here?)

ETA Thanks for the instructions!  Assuming I did it right, I've added a shiny gewgaw above.

Hi Falcon,

Thanks for asking! The instructions for inserting pictures are here:

pro's CI - 4pm

I did a couple things (halleluyah):

- Went to the dry cleaners (that's something I've been procrastinating on for a while).
- Bought some groceries I needed.

I do not feel like doing laundry, but I'm out of clean clothes. Do I feel more like handwashing? If I don't do laundry, I have to work on my pile - it's one or the other.

pro's CI - 3:30pm

I'm not doing too well today at getting things done. I watered that plants - that's about it so far.

spam patrol report

As a side note, requiring approval is working well in keeping spammers out. It's very easy for me to tell which accounts are legitimate and which are not (I won't say how - I don't want to clue in the creeps). So the spammers are banned without us having to look at their trash.

Early afternoon CI for Lark

Good afternoon everyone. I hope you're doing well today. Yesterday wasn't as fruitful as I'd hoped, so today is make up day, and I feel lazy. Well, starting is the first step.
To do:
 (X)morning routine
 (X)spiritual period
 finish yesterday's project
go through kitchen table pile, and pay all bills which are due this week, and throw junk away.
 visit relative
do one more section of living room floor
 watch movie with friend
play clutter patrol for 15 minutes

Falcon,
To put in graphics, click on "Graphics for Forum Posts" in the box over on the left. There are instructions there that tell you how to put them in. Let me know if you still have problems. It took me a while, even with the instuctions, to do it right (:

To do Sunday

Today I need to:

  • Get ready for tomorrow and Tuesday
  • Go to class
  • Do 3 hours of housecleaning
  • Pick up a few groceries
  • Do some emotional sorting-out

Falcon

Scaling down

Done so far -- went to class, got the groceries, did some (but not enough) emotional sorting.  I realized there are some other things I need to do -- some laundry, some financial sorting, and some research on replacing my car.
So I'm going to scale back on the housecleaning, and shoot for just an hour of housecleaning.  The (10 + 2) * 5 hack I did yesterday really helped, so I'll do that again.
Hope everyone's finding a little time to rest up and have fun amid the chores this weekend!

Falcon

Done enough

Got pretty much everything done, including one (10 + 2) * 5 hack on housecleaning -- it's surprising how much can get done in one hour once I'm actually doing it.

Didn't get my stuff set out for tomorrow, but got a load of laundry done and went to the bank, so I didn't do too bad.

Good night!

Falcon
