Negative thought: that I'm bad, wrong, ugly, not deserving. 

Positive thought: I'm a good person, I've done a lot of the right things, said a lot of the right things in communication w/others, and I seek to correct where I can.  My L.O. said that I'm attractive; others have said good things about my appearance.  I am willing to release the need to feel unworthy; I deserve the very best that life has to offer and I accept it now.  Presently taking a Culture of Wellness course, and taking my tea.

I am powerless over others.  If my LO is out of contact or has disappeared that is a comment on how that person is capable of showing up in the world.  It's not just that they went out of contact, but that they pretty much gaslit me by saying they didn't know me, even though we'd been dating.  So that tells me everything I need to know.
