Already meditated and did service at 11:30-1pm meeting

  • do an hour/+ for an elderly chap, I think sorting some issues with furniture and papers...done
  • go for a walk   done
  • my artist date!!! when/where??? Oh right, I think I decided to recommence keyboard practice...
  • back yoga
  • cook nice dinner    done
  • revise/review 'small gentle goals...'
  • do some writing
  • call my mother
  • order some kitchen foil and greaseproof paper off amazon (I have a credit so I may as well use it for practical items)
  • call some friends for a catch-up
  • get in touch with my sponsor
  • have a bath (buy some epsom salts....)
  • Do washing up   done
  • Bake a carrot cake
  • repot a couple more plants
  • feed plants
  • sweep up outside
  • bed before midnight - book - sleep mediatation with Insight timer app.
