Lucas' check-in

hi there peeps!

Evening time for me, but want to start checking in each day on my daily tasks:

1.Up 7am - done

2.Exercise - done

3.Meditation - done

4.Recovery forums (happening now!)

5.2 outreach calls - nope :(

There are a few other things I want/need to work on moving forward... breaking out of the 'cardio only' exercise routine and doing some strength work, developing my little business and challenging myself more socially.. I'll be a bit limited for the next 10 days or so, as I'll be in rural ireland with family, in a remote cottage.. so no gym access and no people to talk to(!), but I can still do some bodyweight exercises and make a start on business stuff... anyhoo... here's to taking the first step!

Hugs,

Lucas

Hypatia's check-in

[x] move stuff back into study - did comptuer and shelving

[ ] tidy house

[ ] ironing

[x] intray

[ ] inbox

[ ] Suzanne's stuff

[ ] go for walk - it's raining again!

[ ] research meeting regs

[x] check bank balance

[x] enrol in music course

I am severely procrastinating on moving all the stuff back into the study now it has been painted.  I think it's moving the computer and the pile of spaghetti that connects everything to everything else that is putting me off.  Will try the chatbox for help.  [later] chatbox definitely helped.  Computer is back in the study and everything connected again.
