haribol

Greetings, solidarity, and Best of luck all ...

I'm feeling anxious and unsure of what to do today, which is not unusual, haha. Will do my best to try and pray and surrender to HP and hope for some clarity and the motivation/strength to carry it out.

 Things on my mind:

- reply to messages from B
- reply to message from W the recruiter
- start work on job for S

there are more but I better stop and go make my wife's coffee now

Hypatia's check-in

I've started the morning with an anxiety attack as I've discovered I've got several things this week that are either time-dependent, and some of which have the potential for clashes if things over-run.

I'm also starting late as I got up late.  But I'm not going to feel guilty as I slept continuously for 5 hours - ever since my husband died 8 years ago I've slept very badly, normally waking every 1-2 hours throughout the night.

Anyway here goes..

[x] change groceries delivery time

[x] write up gardening log

[x] prepare for this mornings meeting

[x] intray

[x] inbox

[x] get new battery for watch

[x] read gas meter (Sw)

[ ] find papers for car

[ ] find receipt/guarantee for phone

[ ] review quotes for gas boiler

[x] watch course videos

[ ] print papers for Peter
