Hypatia's check-in

My first check-in for 8 years! (See the thread on Procrastination and Depression).

The big project is to complete the 2019 church accounts.  As it's taken me months to get round to starting them, I'm going to keep the list very short

Update: I don't believe it - most of them were filed already, and I found every single statment that wasn't!

[x] rediscover how to use this website

[x] have a cup of tea

[x] find and file the 2019 bank statements

Please do not leave advice or feedback.  Thank you.  Prayers welcome.

List of things that are on my mind right now:

[x] leave voicemail for Hill apologizing

[x] email Pinky about what "management" means

* jog-walking 55 minutes

[x] taking vitamins

[x] brushing my teeth

[x] throw trash out

[x] vacuum for glass shards</del>

* file leave requests for last week, sick day and holiday

* file hours for last week

* file historical edits for hours worked previously

* catch up with jobbing 10 jobs a day

* write resume since February

[x] book-keeping for two week period

I'm not promising to finish this today.  It may take a few days, but I'll copy stuff over until it's no longer relevant for me or I've done it.  I notice I'm watching too many self-help videos on YouTube or checking in with Twitter, while I want to have more "alive time."

I need to remember not to listen to David Goggin videos, b/c as a clinical procrastinator, that stuff does not work for me.  It gives me anxiety and doesn't help.  Self-help videos I've had enough to last me through the next decade.  I have it all on a list.  No need to listen to anything more, unless I'm doing something profitable at the time.  I consume online videos in order to feel like I'm doing something and it's not what I need.  I just need to focus on my lists.
