Gorgeous weather today and just want to be outside gardening! Imagine how much more I will enjoy the guilt-free reward of gardening once I have moved forward also with work.

OK: today I will stick to the plan agreed with A yesterday. It is indeed more realistic. Keep going for a few more days! You ARE progressing. Maybe I can enjoy this!

got up early, watched a tv prog while eating breakfast (somehow less distracting than my phone?) Only just sitting down to work, but that's not too bad.

Today I have already: 

  • Got up instead of trying to go back to sleep
  • had breakfast
  • had a shower
  • put washing on
  • put sheets back on bed
  • did a little sorting for work
  • filled up seed feeder
  • Went to my appointment
Today I will:
  • Do SD work and stay focussed. Just get as much done as you can. done 5 x 25 min pom
  • Put washing on to dry OUSTIDE :-)
  • Hang washing
  • Have a good lunch (omlette?)
  • Walk to shop and buy breakfast stuff for tomorrow
  • Get bacon out
  • Wash up

  • get up and dressed by 8am
  • walk dogs
  • have shower
  • leave in time for 12pm appointment
  • use the time between appointments to do something useful
  • lunch
  • meet my colleagues as scheduled
  • pick up impulse purchase (bought online, picking up from store)
  • play with impulse purchase (it's a food processor!! Bake cake!!!)
  • get to a meeting
  • write and post saturday's check-in
  • bed
