hazyjane thursday check-in

Thanks knitfisher for the starter, little bouncy people cheering and cheery :)

I didn't do very well on Tuesday, and wednesday was something of a wash-out as well, but today I AM IN THE LIBRARY. This is good.

I will get through this book I'm taking notes from, I want to return it today.

I will skim-read the other two books I have out and see if I can glean anything useful from them before I return them.

And I'll take out a couple more books and actually STUDY them as opposed to just have them trick my mind into thinking I'm doing something useful simply by borrowing them...

Have to find a cool birthday card and present for one of my friends
.

Have to eat.

Have to get to my commitment in time.

Get to friend's birthday party.

Write Friday's check-in before bed.

bed.

KF Check in 20th Feb 12:15

I am questioning so much at the moment. I nearly didn't come to PA today. I am swinging from one extreme to other and cannot find my way. But I will do these things and that will be good enough.

  • Do and submit the next assignment - This study will never be a waste of your time. Even if you don't use it to work, you can use it to teach and help others.
  • Spend 1 x 25 min poms on X reporting for A. Don't get bogged down, don't get worried that it won't work. Whatever you can do will be an improvement on the current system.
  • Spend 1 x 25 min poms on how X will work for A in general. Imagine the process, what add-ons might they need for payments?
  • Spend 1 pom on writing out the conversation with SD. What issues does he have? What can I do to make his life easier? What does he want to acheive with the finances? Put yourself in his position. What would you want to know? What would worry you? Stop inflicting your world view on the client and LISTEN!
In between ;-) :
  • Put wash on
  • Dry washing
  • Hang washing
  • eat lunch
  • finish work etc by 5.15
