  • A sals chk - can do tomorrow if needs be
  • Put washing on
  • Dry washing
  • eat
  • unload DW
  • Wash up 2 x 15
  • Tidy bedroom floor and hoover
  • Hoover under WB
  • Shower

7. Get dressed

8. Go to the morning meeting at 10:30 a.m.

9. Go to group therapy at 10:45 a.m.

10. Go to lunch

11. Do my chore

12. Go to the 1:30 p.m. telephone UA meeting

13. Go to the 3 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

14. Cook and eat dinner

15. Go to the 6:45 p.m. telephonee OA meeting
