Today I have a lot to do! To start, I will:
*Take mtg notes
*Conf notes
*Feedback for M
*Set for geno, prep for sub
*Check expts
*Edit doc incorp Mu (will do this soon)
*1 hr on CLIP project

Hjf2bme check in 2/2/14

Ok, here I am again to begin a new day anew!! Thank you God for giving me this morning to begin again...I thought I would sleep all day but by Your grace I have:

gotten my body out of bed

Gotten on my knees and prayed for God to take my will and my life

fed the animals

gone to the bathroom

 made myself some tea.

gotten on my knees again! And asked for God to remove all of my obsessions and desires that block me from seeking, knowing, and doing His will, not mine!

so, now here I am, relaxing with PA and my tea..what shall I do with my time today?

i think I shall pull out my step book and do a mini/speedy step meditation...

for what I put in front of my program, I will lose...

ready or not, here I go!

Salamander's check in - Sunday, 2 February 2014

A helpful quotation I've found via FLYlady.net

"The only way to get ahead is getting started" (Mark Twain, apparently)

I am overwhelmed when I look at the length of the lists of "to do" tasks. I've had a lot of success lately with shorter lists so that I know I can get the jobs done relatively quickly. Then I can create another short list, and sometimes get through several in one day. I don't know if that will help anyone else.

  • Shower
  • Declutter for 30 15 minutes - bedroom
  • Cat tray

  • Cook dinner
  • David's pressie
  • Paint nails

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom." (Anais Nin)
