In my defence I had a really long day yesterday and got to bed extrtemely late, so was just not firing on all cylinders today. Didn't even have the bath though, and it's more important to me to get to sleep now so... try and get up extra early and at least wash my hair...

It's an inside job...

10. Warm up and eat dinner
