Solidarity Agnus. Seems to me that you showing up (despite the challenges -  and not copping out or hiding from reality) and your day of many next right actions is indeed strenght based!! I take inspiration from you. Thank you. Wishing you all the very very best for today. xo

Agnus ci Tuesday

It's hip in my workplace these days to be "strength-based" but I'm feeling really negative, so asking God to please help me surrender my attitude and just take the next small step.

Yesterday I blew a major deadline, costing my company a good shot at $15k.  Can't find anything strength-based about that. Today it will become quietly public at work. I dont want to even show up. Sigh.  But of course I will because the bills must be paid - they (the bills) are really strength-based, right? :P

So, squeezed in around the inevitable post-mortems with bosses, I will try to get the following tasks completed through the day:

  • 6 up, stretch, pray on knees, walk, eat  actual time 630 up, actual time walk was 655-705, actually ate at 8am
  • 620 read 2 program lit, meditate - actually 830-9, resulted in decision to take 1/2 day PTO for program work
  • 640 Pray, plan, prep food for L&Dactual time food prep was 7-8am, actual time prayer was 635-650
  • 655 med and feed dog - actually 830
  • 7am sponsor call
  • check J  actually 9, treated for low bg
  • pack food for work note to self: sched time for shower/dress too!
  • 720 lv for work  - actually texted in for 1/2 day PTO, need to work Step 10 on yesterday's failure
  • on way make 3 program calls - 1,
  • @ ofc: clear desk
  • Write priorities
  • email sponsor reminders
  • write subcmtee report
  • enter new data in blm
  • produce monthly blm report
  • cfb grant ap
  • reduce Inbox to <50 by lunchtime
  • 12n Meet L for lunch
  • 230p meet B @ ofc
  • 330p leave to meet J @ Dr
  • 430p return to work
  • print docs for mtg
  • close up ofc and pack car
  • 530 mtg; eat dinner during
  • 650 leave mtg early to pick up C for 730 mtg
  • 730 mtg
  • 845 C home
  • 9 home, visit with J and walk TJ
  • 10 bed

To-do/Check-in Tuesday Hazyjane

Thanks for the starter Jalla :)

Get up at 8 am. UP. Dressed.

Walk dogs.

Finish readings
and homework (because I didn't get them done today...) Wouldn't it be nice to get a couple of days AHEAD instead of a couple of hours behind all the time?

Leave in time to be on time (for a change. Make THIS a habit) Tube line down, ended up being late again :(.

Contact people I need to contact re Uni and late/uncompleted assignments
. Where does it leave me? Can I salvage the situation?

Tidy bedroom. Made a start. Swept floor, made bed.

Cook healthy dinner.

Go to evening class.

Write wednesday's check-in.
 (Making this a habit.)

Go to bed.
