Check in

A bit late as I already started.

Ran this morning which always helps with energy levels.

Working on essay due in 10 days. Working on 50 minute blocks with 10 min breaks. So far two very good blocks and one that was about 50/50 (got distracted)

Lunch now and then back to work.

This essay is very important to me and I have examined the limiting beliefs that have contributed to my putting it off till the last minute. Found that helpful and will recenter before getting back to the fun. :)
