Tough day today. Be kind to self so that I can have the energy to work tomorrow.

Procrastination started by avoidance of a person...fear...ugh! I should not b a prisoner in my own home...I should not accept unacceptable behavior in my own home...family...insanity...doing the same thing over and over expecting different results...now, I am taking my comfort in my habits of procrastination...time to start my day over...at 7:15 pm!

7:15 declutter put things where they belong...

7:30 drink water! Then make bed

7:45 put laundry away

8:15 water!

8:30 well,I didn't get as much done as hoped for but I kept on moving!

8:40 begin work project

9 check back in

ready or not by the grace of God, here I go!

  • Top up sainsbury's card
  • **Review CH attendees and buy**
  • Leave at 5pm

feeling better 

an exquisite day - not too hot, not too cold and uncharacteristically green for this time of year.

the validating discussion about multculturism last night - and E inviting me and H being there, and debate with N and panel discussion - esp prof J, and confirmation of role of academic study and fictional representation.

convivial quiz early this morning

feeling more alert and focussed this morning (coffee!!) 

my old shoe friendship with K with whom I had lunch today and all Fridays since time almost began.

getting my favourite table at P and gaining progress with project

Prospect of meeting up with E next week

Friendly people in shop and blood oranges

Waving to E across the road and being reminded of Simone de Beauvoir.

And having achieved three things I have been procrastinating about:

letter to A - 3 months overdue, written and delivered note and money to J for car loan, note to L written and delivered re garden.
