Today I've started a new habit for the next 30 days. It will be the only habit that I track here in the hope of creating a sense of accountability and progress. Said habit is cleaning at least one thing or one room per day at home, guided by Zen Habit's '13 Things to Avoid When Changing Habits' article.
x tidied bedroom (75%)
x washed dishes (90%)
x cleaned stove top
x emptied litter and swept area

Lovely thought, kindness. Lovely practice too. Thanks, jalla. Going to try the pomodoro technique today, see if I can make better progress. Yesterday I never really got started until midnight, then was up very late so I am tired today - but must produce!
x 1 pom for daily set-up - PA, prayer, pet care - already did J care, sponsor/sponsee and food (I learned this is a 2pom task because I forgot to allow time for hygiene&dressing)
x 1 pom for Q&A on the D proposal - must email before 12noon (another 2pom task, largely due to interruptions as I have not yet trained myself to avoid the virtual distractions)

x 2 poms to read and digest the E proposal
x 1 pom to create Q&As on E proposal
x (needing 2, got distracted)..1 pom to cut and paste from previous E proposal
