I have learned over the years that when one's mind is made up, this
diminishes fear. Knowing what must be done does away with fear.

Vic 1/30/13

Show up (done), plan (done), exer (done yesterdaay)

Watching survivor man yesterday in jungle of equador. The army guy had a good quote, Something like like: Have a plan and plan to change.

I really like that one because I work best that way and it helps with the fear as well.

Thanks for starter. RU

Journey 8:30

Skipped exercise this morning because of an upset tummy . . . bad weather in my area too so it's an unsettled morning.  I've had some toast and tea and I'm going now to get dressed for the day in case I lose power.   then I'll make todo list, and report back.    One of my big projects is on hold for a couple of days waiting for someone else, so today I need to move along my lower priority projects as much as I can.

Knitfisher's CI Weds 30th Jan 08:00 am

I am full of worry at the moment. There are various things to be finalised and decided and arranged for Mum's funeral, and arranging events is my least favourite activity. It annoys me that this stuff is more worrying, more hurtful than her actual passing. But I think that is the way of these things. I also have to get a tax return in today. (I will not submit it on the last day if I can avoid it)

Today I will be kind to myself by doing the following things, half of which are very worrying to me:

  • Breakfast
  • Shower
  • Call KC to book class if I can
  • Washing on (10 mins)
  • Pick up J about 9
  • Meet celebrant at 9.30 (1hr)
  • Choose clothes
  • Visit S about flowers & pickup paperwork
  • Finish tax ret in poms (maybe 4?)
  • Thank everyone for flowers and voucher
  • WHB (1 hr)
  • Write letter to D C called him but still need to write a letter
  • Reply to M
  • Call Beacon Ward
  • Email Cis
  • Email everyone re: afterwards
  • Sign up for 3 little habits (unplanned)
