Unable To Get Through

Admittedly, I have only tried getting through on the phone meetings line a few times. I dropped my landline phone to save money and currently only have a pay as you go cell phone plan. I supplement this by using VOIP through Google Chat in Gmail. When I try to call the number for the phone meetings I get a message on Google Voice saying the call was unable to be completed. Then I got curious and called on my cell phone and had no problems.

I was wondering if there was anyone else here who is using a "non-traditional" calling service for the phone meetings. If so, I wanted to know if there were any recommendations for getting through using something other than a landline or cell phone. Probably not, but I thought that it couldn't hurt to ask. Technology changes everyday. Thanks.
