Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.

Wich book?

I just get THE PROCRASTINATOR'S DIGEST and I think the idea is interesting : the audience of the book (here procrastinators) should dictate the way the book is written (short chapters, ...).

I tried before to read some books on the subject but I never finished them : after reading the first chapters with enthusiasm, I get bored , give up, feel stuck and deseperated for some time... and look for something else (another book, another method,...) : the cycle repeats itself : enthusiastic beginning, boredom and giving up.

Now, I end up with some books and methods about the subject ; I feel confused : wich book to choose, wich method to follow? because there is a lot of literature about the subject , and with all this information, it's easy to get CONFUSED and this worsen the initial problem of PROCRASTINATION.

Recently, I consulted "the procrastination transformation" wich is a program of coaching teleclasses  ; the author states that's what missing in other books and methods is structure and  support...and that the initial point for any program should be finding out the reason(s) behind your procrastination , thus you may build and apply the right solutions.

So I thought it may be a good idea to build a coaching program from any book or article you read about the subject.
