The video does contain some "foul language," but I feel that the message of hope, gentle self forgiveness, and encouragement is well worth hearing nonetheless. Each time I've listened, I've come away a tiny smidgeon bolder and more willing to tolerate how vulnerable I feel when I'm starting something new or restarting some feared task that has defeated me repeatedly.
