Just got here

Hi, I was recently diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder. It causes me to procratinate and that in turn causes Anxiety. A vicious cycle. I tried to take the meds the doctor prescribed but it made me sick. I believe if I can just do the right things everything will be fine. In my mind I know this to be true but then I procrastinate and it causes more stress. So that is where all my energy goes...battling my self all day......................Patricia
