Tried the magic worked

I am new to this site..I've poped into the chatbox and had a go at the microburst (got the dishes done in a swift 10 mins)..

MAde a list of things I can do in varying amounts of time (got it from the Get Things Done strategy article..organisings lists around timeframes/locations)...great idea!!

Biggest success (as it feels to me) was this morning. I had a proposal to get done for work...a 40 minute job which I would (usually) put off, worry, put off blah blah...this morning, I used the magic bullet approach (planned and visualised myself doing it...didn't overthink it...'let go' of it being perfect..and wrote about 40 minutes.

I am very grateful to everyone here for setting this up...for sharing strenght, hope and expereince. I know it is early days but I'm also learning to challenge my negative asked for shares of successes (big or small)...who know's if this is big or small...right now, it feels massive to me!
