I really need to be "on time" in my life.  It's a life thing. It's not a job thing.  It's not a situational thing, and I know it.  I totally know it.  Nobody has to tell me that I have a "Timing Problem."  I have a procrastination addiction and I have an addiction to staying up late.  An addiction to shame.  An addiction to self-shame.  There are several things I need to do in order to affirm myself positively.

I need to stop calling people in 12 step who are really questionable, like C.  I feel very triggered by that. Even if it's just a rest onthose types of phone calls that's okay.  C. is not a person I should talk to in general.

I need to call other people, new people in program.  In attaining phone numbers, I need to attend more meetings.

I need to be on time to meetings.  I wish I could use the language of empowerment here: I prefer to be on time to meetings.  I want to be on time.

I need to start going to the gym earlier, so I can get to bed sooner, and study to get everything I need to get done, done.  And I want to do this, so that I can get to work on time.  I just find it very very difficult to do this, b/c I get so bloody obsessed at night, and I just heard from a therapist who basically told me that she does not like my calling her on the phone to leave messages.  She believes I should hold onto everything until I see her again.  (It was very easy for me to say goodbye to her, given that she expects NOT to receive any phone calls from clients in between sessions.)

Laughing decided on clothes to wear

Laughing put "thoughts to entertain" and willpower notes on phone
Laughing renewed overdue library materials and paid overdue fines online
Smile emailed M re C
Laughing signed up to anchor tomorrow's P.A. online chat 12-step meeting
Smile started making this post
Laughing got directions and estimated driving time to workshop at 16:00
Smile took a quick look at email
Laughing got food and early pills
Laughing called B and placed order
Smile iced wrist 1x
Laughing defragmented C:\ and ran anti-virus software
Laughing showered and re-taped hand
Laughing went to workshop and enjoyed myself
Laughing bought a bunch of groceries and put them away

Online Meeting PSA

I know it is Mother's Day in the US (way too many holidays on Sundays!!!) but if someone can sign up to lead the meeting tomorrow, that would be great.

Yesterday didn't go well, and today I've gotten a bit of a late start. I want to:
Finish SMF washes
Do half of SMF imaging
Finish re-making figure 4 (or at least make very good progress)
Email JW
Finish going through articles
Hand laundry

And I'm gonna go see a movie with friends

OK, working on SMF washes and figure 4 in parallel now.
