I just wnated to report that what worked for me was scheduling a timeframe before which I had to do my 30 minute exercise.Once I got to the exercise, about 15 minutes in, I had to go to the restroom, and therefore did not technically get done with all exercise before midnight, but I'm
going to cut myself some slack, b/c if my body were not mandating me to
leave the treadmill I could've finished, so that counts.  And more importantly, I
successfully left the house and exercised.  It really changes everything for me.

I did jogging for three minutes, walking one minute times two, then I walked a minute.  and then I did 1 minute jogging, 2 minutes walking TIMES 7.  I'm going to see where I'm at in terms of jogging 2 minutes and walking one tomorrow; if I need more training, I'll just do the whole 1 minute jog, 2 minute walk thing again.  I don't feel comfortable going back to walking, b/c I need movement until I can catch up to former running schedule.  Once I reach 3 minutes jogging, 1 minute walking, I might need to do a week of that, and that's okay, so long as I stick with the program.  Actually I'm thinking just doing 1 minute jog, 2 min. walk, depending on how I feel tomorrow, but we'll see.
