sensory processing disorder?

has anyone here been diagnosed with SPD (sensory processing disorder)? some of the strategies from SPD treatment are helping me a little (especially when I'm at rock bottom). for example, i drink a hot tea, i bounce on a yoga ball, i chew gum while starting my work, i play the piano for a few moments. i am thinking about doing a couple of sessions with one of my specialists on it and try and see if it helps procrastination.

How do you think it's related to procrastination?
