Gettin-it-done 7:40 a.m.

The day must be going to be good since it's 7:40 a.m. The kids and I are dressed and fed and ready to go to preschool. 1Focus and I acutally got up at 6:30 this morning. Man it helps to have that extra 15 minutes.
I wasn't as stiff and sore this morning as I thought I would be so I'm taking that as a good omen that my injuries from yesterday's fall are not as bad as they first seemed. So that is good news.
The other really exciting news is that I found an online ACOA meeting. YAY!! Where we live it's hard to find meetings close by. And i have really been needing to do something along those lines. My recovery has gotten kinda stagnant here lately. There are plenty about an hour away, but that's gas and precious time. I went to the meeting last night and it was a really good one. Looking forward to going back.

Shower
Breakfast for all- just cereal but atleast I filled the bowls for everyone :)
Kids Dressed
DD3 school lunch fixed
DD3 school bag ready to go
CI

Going to keep the list short today, b/c I should probably still take is easy for a day or two after yesterday's incident.

Put away kids clothes
Fold /put away towels
Declutter Mas. Bedroom
Maybe- Help DD3 clean room (depends on the pain threshold)
Dinner
Choir??? (again depends on how I'm feeling)

great news!

both on the lack of soreness and the ACOA meeting. glad to hear it.

Milo 3:30pm

Yep, that was 2 hours better spent!

Ta Da:
- Up, dressed, hair, makeup

- started job B step 1
- talked through job D changes with requestor
- Job B steps 1 & 2 done (as best I can - still need some requestor feedback)
- went to go for run with colleagues and realised I left my trackies at home so went for a walk and bought some (I needed some summer ones anyway }:)) so will go for my run/walk this afternoon instead)
- ate lunch
- Job D steps 1, 2 & 3 all done
- Job G steps 1 & 2 (it wasn't on my list - I used it to procrastinate on job A!!!!!) (oh, and the frogs..ribbit..)

To Do:
- Job A step 1
- I deleted Job F - I don't have a job F so don't know quite what I meant :?
- ½ hour Frog 1
- ½ hour Frog 2
- ½ hour Frog 3
- Timesheets
- end of workday routine

yeah!

Rock n roll, Milo! 8)

Milo 1:30pm

Getting some things done, but too slowly. I always speed up about now so I'm going to throw a good solid 2 hours at this list and see how much I can knock off it!

NOT!!!!

This is for another day!! I'm going out of town today, and I almost completely forgoet. What happened to my Outlook reminder?!?!?!?!?!

perfect weather again

Tomorrow is going to be another perfect weather day, and then it's going to be cloudy and/or rainy for the next four days (through the weekend). I may swap a day from this weekend with tomorrow, and go bike riding tomorrow.

There has to be some advantage to self-employment! :)

Good day

You had a great day, pro, well done :).

I hope tomorrow is good, too!!!

you think so?

You realize this is tomorrow's to-do list, right?

I was disappointed in myself today. I got up late, and wasted time going back and forth to the hardware store. I skipped the meeting tonight so I could at least feel I got something done before I went to bed.

I know!!

Yep, know all that. But you didn't time-binge on wasteful activities and you are getting to bed on time (well, you're intending to!).

But you sound good. Happy, content. That's what I meant. :)

that's true

I've been feeling a lot better about myself and my life since I've started doing this - sticking to morning and bedtime routines, actually working during the workday, exercising every morning, etc. It increases self-esteem. :)

MIA

Has Jester been around the last couple of days???

gone?

He hasn't been back since the SLAA discussion. Maybe he decided he didn't like the feedback here. :(

SLAA?

I must have missed that discussion - what was it all about???

love addiction, emotional dependency

SLAA = Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous. I mentioned the fellowship to him, and he was already familiar with it, had apparently already been to meetings. In his last post he said he was going to the 7:30pm meeting that evening.

It came up because of something he'd written in his to-do list about a relationship that had ended. He hasn't posted again since. Maybe he'll be back - hope so.

Oh, yes, I remember

But he seemed to respond positively to the feedback, I thought.

Hope he comes back, he makes me smile :)

No sign

I haven't even seen him lurking. He'll be back one day.

hey back!

Looks like you've got a good start on your day.

I've got 15 minutes till shutdown! So much fun.

To work early

It feels so good to do that occasionally. Get a head start on the day and you can goof off later }:)

PS humpday is the middle of the week, getting over the hump, halfway through the work week, headed for the weekend, etc.

Oh! Okay

That makes sense!

Ha ha - only problem is that I goof off all morning and then panic and get down on myself all afternoon!!!!!
