Introducing Myself

Hi there,

I just joined Procrastinators Anonymous today and wanted to introduce myself before I get distracted by something and forget to do it. There are so many things I want to accomplish, yet I have a hard time starting anything because it all seems so overwhelming. Today I was watching an episode of "Hoarders" on Netflix, and I kept pausing the video to go into my office and do some long-overdue shredding. I finally got rid of the stack of paper that had been sitting on my shredder for months. It felt good, and I want to do more, but I know that if I do, I will get burned out on shredding and not get back into it tomorrow. Once you finally get started, how do you stop yourself from doing too much?

Take care,

EmJay
