Was in alot of physical pain yesterday. Kind of no excuse but still. Also completely lost in thought over tough things.

I (and I'm sure many others here) know how you feel. I just have to trust that everyday I am growing in my ability to 'DO' stuff even if that growth seems unperceptible at times.  Keep trying. I'll be trying too...

Yesterday

I did laundry and am continuing to do laundry.

I made a contribution in honor of E and K 25th anniversary ( had not because I didn't have E.&K's address. (silly)

Answered e-mail from J.  (I am very proud of myself..I hadn't been able to answer any e-mails a Success for me.

I added events to my Google calendar. (( I had a paper copy hung up on which I had

written events dow,n. success (this Google Calendar has saved my life.  I looked at

future events .  Also checked e-mail library for books due and noticed events that

I had forgotten about.  Am going to keep this up  So Successful day for me

Thanks for the great starter Lucky!  I'm working from home today, and I've been to the gym and ran an errand before work.   I'm feeling very sleepy and headachy and don't wanna work.   this is the weekend for my daughter and she's visiting a friend in a nearby town, so it's just me and the dogs and the cat and the computers and the tv and the refrigerator haha, all my temptations at my fingertips.   I had a healthy high protein breakfast, and . . . holy crap, the tv just turned itself off while I was typing this!  Cue Twilight Zone music!    Maybe it has an automatic timer or something . . .now I'm creeped out.   Maybe it's HP telling me to get to work lol.   Going to finish reading my email now then make a todo list for the day.  

PS I'm working in the chatbox today because I was scared to be alone.  I'm such a weenie lol.

It was good that I stayed home and rested yesterday. Still feeling low from the cold but have the energy to come into work and get some things done.

Here's my small list for this morning:

  • Sort through e-mails and find action steps and file completed actions
  • Enter information into excel program\
  • Look through/file mail
  • Check QB for tasks
  • Contact MM about renewing

Sjow up (done), Think things throughThank you lucky, for the starter,  needed that permission slip today. I will also allow myself to believe in the Law of Progress.  "The Law of Progress gives a meaning, a purpose to life".Pain has a purpose.Suffering is true torture because it has no meaning. Pain is bearable. Suffering for no reason is devastating.

Pa gives me a place for progress not perfection. Thanks for being here PA friends.

I've noticed a destructive pattern over the past few months.

When I'm coping, I show up here.

When I'm not, I don't. Which is silly, because that's when I most need to show up.

So I'm going to commit to showing up, whether I'm coping or not and whether I feel up to making a tasklist or not.
