Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
I'm in the office today, still with a sore foot, and I'm gonna try to get as much done as quickly as possible and get outta here early. No meetings today, so I'm diving right into project V and see if I can get past a major software issue today.

Reminder for the day: Don't use early wake-up time as excuse.
Hmmm....it's 10:30 now and I am thinking how good it feels to be doing things. So good, in fact, that I can't figure out how I forget it when I am procrastinating. Why, why, why can't I remember that things are usually easier and more pleasant than they seem before I do them? Argh.
Note to self for tomorrow: Moving forward feels good. Not moving forward feels bad.
I had only one item I did not get done. It was the one I added when the list was suddenly completed way earlier than I anticipated! But I did spend 5
minutes on it before posting this, so I have officially started it. Felt the fear of facing it tomorrow lessen considerably by doing this.
OK, on to bedtime stuff. Instead of doing journal, doing spoken gratitude prayer. Then Evening Inventory meditation.
I commit to being on the phone tomorrow at 8:30 ET even though I am not sure if anyone does it on the weekend.
the odds of me becoming distracted during my quiet time, based on recent past history, is, i would estimate, 80%. Knowing this ahead of time helps me realize the kind of strength and vigilance necessary to stop it.
and that's one example of how embracing my failures is actually victory.
Some of you will remember that I left my studies to the last minute about 6 weeks ago and had a very stressful week catching up on months of work.
Well I was expecting to pass with about 40 or 50 marks but I didn't think I would do all that well as it was all so rushed. I got my marks back today and I had done really well! 83 points! 83 POINTS :).
This time around I am a bit behind but more on the case. Getting better bit by bit
Done:
Up prayer and reflection
