Cal20 introduction

Hello everyone,

After many years of highly skilled practice of procrastination and avoidance, I've decided to come clean, dump this old costly behavior and start enjoying life!    Sounds good.... now comes the hard part - CHANGE.

My old friend avoidance has seen me through countly wasted hours of trivial nonsense that has not amounted to so much as small hill of chinchilla dung.   So why have I clung onto this relationship?   That's why I'm here.   I want to answer this question, but more so, create a change in my life.

Areas procrastination and avoidance has effected my life:
My business
Personal finances
Health & exercise
Friendships
Family
Household
Pleasure
(i'm sure there's some meaning behind the order all this is in)

I'm looking forward to an open and honest exchange with you fellow procrastinators.

May the change begin!

(am I using this site to procrastinate? ;-) )

Welcome Cal

Welcome Cal. It is almost a year since I found this site. Just by consistently "showing up" here, my life has changed in so many unfathomable good ways (in spite of me).

I am not where I want to be but I am not where I was and on a real path of change.

Keep coming back.Wink

Welcome Cal!

Thanks for the warm welcome!

It's great to have a place to come where others fight the same fight I have for years.

I appreciate everyone's kind remarks and encouragement.

Thanks again!
